Huge exotic paddle-like shaped leaves, green/grey in colour and arranged like a fan at the top of the stems give an instant impact and a sense of the jungle.Large eye-catching bird-like white flowers with a bluish/purple 'tongue' appear from purple bracts when the plant is mature enough. Keeping this variety root bound will promote flowering and restrict it's height, so great for conservatories, greenhouses and atriums.
